Shipping Policy

Delivery Method:

  • All products sold on NinVendor are digital goods and are delivered in-game via Link Trade within the relevant Pokémon title.
  • Physical shipping is not offered.
  • Delivery via Pokémon HOME Transfer is not available.

How to Receive Your Order:

  • After purchase, your order can be collected in-game through our Vending Machine via Link Trade.
  • Orders are generally available shortly after purchase and can typically be collected 24/7, subject to service availability, maintenance, and game or system compatibility.

Order Access:

  • After completing your purchase, you will see a section on the order confirmation page called Vending Machine. Click Start Trade and follow the instructions to complete your Link Trade in-game.
  • You can also access the Vending Machine from your order history here: My Account Orders.

Requirements for Delivery:

  • You must have the correct game, a working internet connection, and access to in-game Link Trade functionality.
  • Your game must be online and ready to trade when collecting your order.
  • The device you are using to access our website (such as your phone or computer) must also remain connected during the trade process, as losing connection may cancel or interrupt the session.

Delivery Support:

  • If you experience any issues during collection, please contact our support team.
  • We are committed to ensuring you receive the items you purchased, and in most cases a cancelled or interrupted trade can simply be restarted.
