Refunds Policy

Digital Goods:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Digital items, including but not limited to Pokémon trades, are non-refundable once an order has been accessed, prepared, partially delivered, or delivered.

Temporary Service Interruptions & Maintenance:

  • No technology is immune to errors, interruptions, maintenance, or compatibility issues. This includes our bots, game services, and platform dependencies.
  • Temporary outages, delays, or interruptions — including but not limited to maintenance, bot issues, Nintendo/game updates, system updates, server instability, or other compatibility-related downtime — do not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • During these situations, your order remains valid and can be completed once service is restored.

Order Issues & Retries:

  • If you experience any issues with your order or our trade bot, please contact support. We are committed to ensuring you receive the items you purchased.
  • In the vast majority of cases, if something goes wrong during a trade, you simply need to cancel and restart the trade.
  • You have unlimited retries to complete your trade and receive your items. If a session is interrupted, you may reconnect and continue where you left off.

Customer Responsibility for Selections:

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your selections are valid and appropriate for the game you are purchasing for.
  • If invalid, incompatible, or illegal selections are made, they may be removed, corrected, or adjusted before trading without refund or compensation.
  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Items described as random (such as Mystery Pokémon and Mystery Eggs) are delivered as random and specific preferences cannot be accommodated for those offers.

Legality Adjustments:

  • Our system is designed to ensure traded Pokémon comply with in-game legality standards.
  • If a purchased Pokémon contains traits it cannot legally have — including but not limited to invalid moves, forms, abilities, levels, balls, ribbons, marks, or other attributes — the bot may automatically legalize the Pokémon by removing or adjusting those traits so the Pokémon can be traded and used in-game.
  • These legality corrections are part of the service. There is no recourse, refund, or replacement entitlement arising from adjustments required to make a Pokémon legal.

Pokémon HOME Transfer Disclaimer:

  • Some Pokémon available in our store are not native to the game they are being purchased in and are only obtainable there via transfer from Pokémon HOME.
  • Because of this, certain Pokémon may not be transferable back into Pokémon HOME after trade, even if they can exist and function normally in the game itself.
  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this limitation. This does not constitute a fault, defect, or grounds for refund.
  • For reference, transfer-only species are documented on Serebii for Pokémon Legends: Z-A, Scarlet & Violet, and Sword & Shield.

Agreement:

  • By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
  • If you have questions or need help completing your order, please contact support before disputing the transaction.
