How to receive your NinVendor order
Your Pokémon arrives through the game’s normal Link Trade screen. The order page gives you the private code and tells you when the Vending Machine is searching. Keep that page open, connect the game online and follow the same prompt timing.
How do I receive my Pokémon purchase?
Open the order confirmation, keep it visible and copy the Link Trade code into the matching game. Connect online, leave any multiplayer lobby and begin searching only when the order page says the Vending Machine is searching too. Confirm the offered Pokémon in-game, then complete the normal trade.
- The exact game shown in the product title
- A stable internet connection
- An active Nintendo Switch Online subscription
- The current code from this order, not an older code
- The order page left open while the trade runs
How long does NinVendor delivery take?
Most successful NinVendor orders are delivered in about two minutes after checkout because the Vending Machine trades automatically, 24/7. Connection timing, a busy retry cycle or a large multi-item order can take longer. If the status remains processing well beyond that, send support the order number.
“Ready to Collect” means the paid order is queued and waiting for you to start the trade. “Completed” means the trade finished in the order system. If the page and what happened in-game disagree, report the order rather than starting a second purchase.
Where do I enter the Link Trade code?
Use Link Trade inside the game named on the product, not Pokémon HOME or another Pokémon title. Enter the private code exactly as shown, make sure the game reports an online connection, then start searching when the order page prompts you. The menus differ slightly by game.
Press X, open Poké Portal and choose Link Trade. Choose Set Link Code, enter the eight-digit order code and select OK. Check the top-right corner says Online Mode (press L to switch), choose Begin Searching, then confirm with Trade it when the offer appears.
Press Y to open Y-Comm and press + until it shows internet communication. Choose Link Trade, then Set Link Code, enter the eight-digit order code and confirm. When the partner is found, confirm the offered Pokémon to complete the trade.
Press X, open Link Play and choose Link Trade, then Faraway Players. Enter the eight-digit order code and select OK; the game searches for the partner, then confirm with Trade it. Link Play appears in the menu once Mable’s research rewards are unlocked.
Why does Link Trade say “no trainer found”?
“No trainer found” usually means your search and the Vending Machine were not searching at the same moment, or the code came from an older attempt. Reopen the order, use its current code and search only on the live prompt. Also confirm the game is online and outside a Union Circle lobby.
The Vending Machine retries automatically after common timeouts. If the page tells you to wait, let that retry cycle finish before changing the code or leaving the page.
What should I do if the trade disconnects?
Reconnect the game online, return to the same order page and follow its current retry prompt. Do not reuse a code from another order or keep searching while the page says to wait. If only part of a multi-item order arrived, stop and contact support with the order number.
A disconnect is not proof that the order was lost. The useful details are the order number, game and the exact point where the trade stopped; never post account credentials or checkout links in public.
What happens if NinVendor cannot complete my order?
Send support the order number or checkout email so the exact order can be identified. NinVendor checks whether it is queued, completed or failed and reviews what was delivered. If the order cannot be completed as purchased, the resolution is to fix it, replace it or issue the appropriate refund.
