Delivery Method:
- Items are delivered via Link Trades within the Pokémon video games.
- Delivery via HOME Transfer is not available.
How to Collect Your Pokémon:
- You can collect your Pokémon via Link Trade in-game after you purchase it.
- All orders are available immediately after purchase, and can be retrieved 24/7.
Order Confirmation:
- When you make a purchase, you will see a section on the order confirmation page called ‘Vending Machine’. Click ‘Start Trade’ and follow the instructions to complete a Link Trade in the game.
- You can also access the Vending Machine in your orders here: My Account Orders.
Additional Information:
- Ensure your game is connected to the internet and ready for the Link Trade.
- Ensure the device (i.e. computer or phone) you are accessing the website via also has a stable connection, as your trade will be cancelled upon this device losing connection to the site.
