Refunds Policy

Digital Goods:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
  • Digital items, including but not limited to Pokémon trades, are non-refundable once accessed or partially received.

Order Issues:

  • If you experience any issues with your order or our trade bot, please contact our support team for assistance. We are committed to ensuring you receive your purchased items.
  • In the vast majority of cases, you most likely just need to cancel and restart the trade if something goes wrong.

Unlimited Retries:

  • No technology is immune to error, this includes our bots.
  • You have unlimited retries to complete your trades and receive your items. In case of any interruptions, you can reconnect and continue where you left off.

Product Description:

  • Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Items described as “random” (e.g., Mystery Pokémon and Mystery Eggs) will be delivered as such, and specific preferences cannot be accommodated within these offers.

Legalization of Pokémon:

  • Our system ensures that all traded Pokémon comply with game legality standards. If a purchased Pokémon has traits it cannot legally possess (such as invalid moves, levels, or other attributes), the bot will automatically “legalize” it by removing or adjusting the illegal traits. This is to ensure that all Pokémon are tradable and compliant with game rules. There is no recourse for adjustments made to illegal Pokémon.
